MF1W, MF2C and MF3C

The charts display attribution results with windows of different sizes, growing by 500 words each time. Within a window, the step size is 250 words, generating a close network of measuring points, the lowest of which represent the smallest stylistic difference between reference texts and the text in question. The number of variables depends on the window size and is displayed in brackets on each chart. N gives the culling value.
Please watch the changes as the windows become bigger. Very early Shakespeare’s Twelfth Night becomes the reference text with the
smallest stylistic difference.

The same information is displayed in the cross-table below, which contains horizontally MF1W-, MF2C- and MF3C values for window sizes from
1000 to 5000 words (mf1w 6000 words). Vertically the sequential word numbers of the text can be seen, starting at 500 words (B6) (first measuring point for the 1000-word
window) at a pace of 250 words. After 750 words the second measuring point (B7) of the 1000-word window is displayed covering
the window between 250 and 1250 words.
The sequential attribution makes use of all three types of variables. All give a clear indication of Shakespeare.
